Partnership Family Skill Building

Partnership– Family Skill Building provides up to 12 meetings with a Counsellor following a Discovery meeting to work on the agreed upon service goals. This service is provided within the family home or community.  This service may involve counselling, education, and a focus on skill development with the child and/or care givers. 

Hours:   Daytime and some after school and evening times are available.

Location:  Service is provided within the home or community throughout Haldimand and Norfolk.

Eligibility:  Children and youth up to 18 years of age and their family.
