A program designed to provide supports for young parents.

We offer:

• Home, phone or virtual visits
• Prenatal education
• Prenatal vitamins
• New infant car seats
• Parenting support and information
• Smoking cessation counselling

Skills development in:

• Anger/stress management 
• Healthy relationship development
• Effective communication

Eligibility
Young women and men up to the age of 24
