Infant & Child Development Services

We believe in providing early intervention services using a family-centred approach. "Family-centred service recognizes that each family is unique; that the family is the constant in the child's life; and that they are the experts on the child's abilities and needs." (www.canchild.ca) 

Our team of Infant and Child Development Professionals provide the following services:

•  In-person visits at home, community or REACH office locations throughout Haldimand and Norfolk
•  Phone and virtual sessions are also available
•  Helping families identify areas of strength and needs
•  Recommendations to help support your child's growth and developement
•  Assessments/screening
•  Service coordination

Eligibility:
Services are offered to families of infants and young children from birth to school entry who: 

• have a delay in development
• are at risk for delayed development due to premature birth, complications at birth, or a diagnosed medical condition
• are born with a condition that is known to cause delays in development
• are born with prenatal substance exposure
