Family Support Program

The Family Support Program provides support, service coordination and advocacy to families who have a child diagnosed with a developmental disability.

Eligibility
To qualify, a child must be under 18 years of age and be a resident of Haldimand or Norfolk counties.

An application to the Family Support Program can be made by a family member, another agency or an individual with the consent of the family.
