For information about a certified class action on behalf of individuals who were eligible for Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services-funded adult developmental services, supports and funding, and who were placed on a service registry (waiting list) between July 1, 2011 and December 14, 2018, please click one or both of the links:
Please note the opt-out deadline for this certified class action is July 26, 2024. This is the date by which class members must indicate if they do not want to be part of this certified class action.
