| TAPP-C Program |

The Arson Prevention Program for Children (TAPP-C) works to prevent fire setting behaviour in children and youth. In this program, the Fire Services of Haldimand, the Fire Services of Norfolk and REACH mental health clinicians work with children, youth and their families to assess, educate, and develop a plan to reduce the risk of children and youth continuing to be involved in fire-related behaviours. TAPP-C is a voluntary program that has the following components:
Parents, guardians and their children up to 18 years of age, who reside in Haldimand or Norfolk counties may use this program. REACH requires the agreement and participation of a parent/guardian and youths, aged 12 and older, need to consent to being referred to TAPP-C. Is there a cost for this program?
