|Crisis Stabilization & Case Management Program|
After a youth has been in contact with the Child and Youth Crisis Service, a REACH Crisis worker and their CYCS supervisor may determine that a short-term plan for support is put into place. This may be necessary when there are many complex issues that need to be resolved. By providing this short term support, often a crisis can be stabilized until other resources can be found to help the child or youth. This may involve connecting families and youth together with other agencies or staff who can help them.
